Our goal at Willa Blue Beauty is to provide a quality service in a timely manner. In order to do this we have implemented the following policies.
When booking your appointment a 30% Deposit is required to secure all Online bookings and bookings over 30 minutes made in Salon.
We understand that sometimes bookings need to be changed, so you will be allowed to change your booking as long as you give us 48 hours notice. Your deposit will be held for your next booking.
Your deposit is not an extra charge it is simply held on an account for you on your booking and taken off your final bill. Please be aware that the only way you would ever loose your deposit is if you cancel your scheduled appointment within 48hrs, don’t show up for your appointment or are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment.
To ensure the return of your deposit please advise Willa Blue Beauty on (02)6851 4079 or Text: 0409 998 721, 48hrs prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or re-schedule otherwise you will forfeit your deposit.
This minimum cancellation period will give your Therapist a fair opportunity to fill your vacated spot.
For your convenience Willa Blue Beauty do have answering services outside salon hours so you can Text anytime.
Salons like Willa Blue Beauty find it almost impossible to fill cancelled spots at short notice.
Last minute cancellations do have a significant impact on Willa Blue Beauty their clients and team. We have found that the deposit policy is the fairest way of managing commitment to appointments and it also has the added benefit of keeping our costs down for our wonderful clients.
REMINDER SERVICE
We offer an SMS reminder service, which is sent to you 48 hours prior to your appointment. On receipt of this text, we ask that you confirm Yes or Cancel with No. Willa Blue Beauty reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments. ‘No shows” will be required to
pay deposits for all future appointments.
